Again, you can’t view the history of these metrics on the Watch, so heading over to Apple Health’s Heart section will give you a comprehensive look at each of these sections. In each, you can select to view how your heart has performed on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly time frame, by scrolling down.
